Job title: Sales Executive (UK territory)
Job summary:
The ‘Sales Executive’ for NewMed Ltd will be joining the sales team to identify, nurture and secure new and existing customers through customer service and administrative roles with a proactive sales approach. They will work with the team in achieving the sales target and assisting with the administration side of those sales and will report directly to (Sales Manager) Grace Emmerton.
This position will be focussing on the UK sales of an established business for 10 years in the medical and wellness industries. The role will be office based predominantly but there may be occasional need to travel to customers, events and/ or exhibitions, UK and overseas. All training on products and the role will be provided during the role.
Main Responsibilities:
• Answering email inquiries and incoming calls with a professional manner ready to transfer to a member of the team or deal with the enquiry directly.
• Keeping customers updated and building relationships with them via email and phone.
• Attending UK and export sales exhibitions when needed, talking on the stand with a presentable, approachable and professional manner.
• Fulfilling Brochure Requests and adding Brochure Requests / e-book requests to the CRM system (Nimble). Following up with these requests where possible.
• Assisting customers through our online chat feature (Tidio) and recording conversations that come in the next day and setting up relevant follow ups.
• Recording certain conversations and actions on our CRM system and adding follow ups for themselves or the team to action.
• Adding website, ecommerce and phone orders to the CRM system (Nimble) and setting up relevant follow ups for themselves of the team.
• Checking our website for abandoned checkouts and setting follow-ups to contact the customers.
• Eventually learning the products, we offer and making tailored quotations for each client’s individual needs.
• Overall, build on the sales received as a direct result of your involvement in the business.
• Visiting possible B2B customers who can resell our devices through their wellness clinics across the UK. This may include travel and possible over-night stays within the UK
We are a relatively small team of 7 people and therefore there will be instances where you would need to complete jobs outside of your main roles and responsibilities. Our company offer medical and wellness devices to end users through the two main websites: www.newmedltd.co.uk and www.celler8.com . Therefore, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic but also empathetic to customers who may be in pain or need advice and sometimes that requires being a good listener. We are a dynamic team looking for someone to join us with a professional view to build their career with us, enjoy their role and improve the quality of life for our customers at the same time.
£21,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience. Additional uncapped sales commission paid after 3 months for incoming sales assigned to this candidate (realistic but not guaranteed annual salary of £30,000 - £40,000+)
A mobile phone will be provided to this candidate to keep in contact with clients and have close access to their email accounts
Access to a shared pool car, if required to travel to UK customers (only to candidates 25 and over due to insurance restrictions)

Working hours (entitlement of 30 minutes per day, unpaid lunch break)
