We are working with an established manufacturing company who are looking for an Accounts Office Assistant to work on a part-time basis at their office in Rochester.

This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in a small and friendly office environment and who is experienced and proficient with Xero accounting software.

The key responsibilities include:

* Creating invoices.
* Producing product certificates.
* Inputting data into Xero.
* Answering office phone calls.
* Responding to emails.
* Undertaking credit control (from time to time)

To be proficient in this role, you will need:

* Experience using Xero accounting software.
* Proficient with computer systems.
* Well-spoken and highly organised.

The Package includes:

* Salary of £16.25/hour (£20,280 p/a on 24 hours a week).
* 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
* Company Pension.
* Secure and free on-site parking.
