Multi-Lingual Credit Controller Needed - Immediate Start

Are you a fluent multi-lingual speaker with expertise in credit control? We are on the hunt for a talented Credit Controller who can communicate effectively in multiple languages and join our client's diverse team based in Ashford. This is a temporary opportunity which could lead into a permanent position.

Credit Controller Key Responsibilities:
*Chase and manage outstanding debts while communicating with international clients in their native languages.
*Negotiate repayment plans and maintain positive customer relations across different cultures and regions.
*Perform account reconciliations and handle queries in various languages.
*Collaborate with the sales team to ensure credit policies are understood and adhered to globally.
*Prepare reports on debtor statuses and contribute to the financial health of the company.

Credit Controller Candidate Profile:
*Proven experience in credit control with the ability to converse and negotiate in multiple languages.
*Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-cultural team.
*Knowledge of international credit regulations is a plus.
