Expanding the team, the company are ready to interview and appoint right away- and willing to consider candidates from any background, as a personalised training and development plan will be provided.

Day to day, you will take on a diverse 360-degree role, working alongside a team and independently on projects, whilst being empowered and supported to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will work with a combination of existing and previous clients, as well as have opportunity to win new clients through proactive approaches (business development, meetings, events, calls, and marketing); then manage the delivery of process through all phases of attracting candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating offers and confirming placements.
Key skills you might use each day will be :- sales and account management, customer service, advertising/marketing, administration and more!

You will have opportunity to develop specialist knowledge, work with state-of-the-art tools and processes, and earn bonus from day one- reflective of your input.

Mon-Fri 8.30-5

Central Tunbridge Wells offices – great working environment, accessible easily by train bus and car

Salary £24-28000 + uncapped bonus!
