An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Ashford, Tenterden and Whitfield Agency as a Customer Retention Specialist.

The purpose of the role is to support the delivery of the Agency’s strategy to maximise customer retention by effectively promoting the benefits of insuring with NFU Mutual and the Ashford, Tenterden & Whitfield agency in particular.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all cancellation requests, seeking to retain the customer and where this is not possible obtain their consent to quote in the future.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering excellent customer service, effective and professional verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. It would be an advantage to have knowledge of insurance, experience in a retention role or experience of working in a regulated environment.
