We are looking for a Marketing Manager who has a passion for developing 'best in class' marketing plans to support product ranges within the plastic modelling industry, ensuring they achieve their financial targets and brand objectives.

Responsibilities:

* Observing and quantifying the deliverables, EPOS, trends and results of marketing campaigns.
* Day-to-day management of relevant marketing and media platforms.
* Ensuring media plans, content and implementation are aligned with the marketing plan and brand strategy.
* Agency management.
* Managing, planning and implementing trade and consumer events.
* Manage planned and organic PR.
* Planning and implementation of trade marketing.
* Manage all relevant social media platforms and identify new opportunities.
* Support the online/web team in developing and managing website content and monitor content, brand representation, and functionality.
* Budget Management.
* Actively engage with the sales teams on a weekly/ monthly basis to understand brand and account performance issues.
* Support the brand lead in developing a long-term brand marketing strategy.
* Support the brand team with trade and consumer promotions.
* Undertake digital marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience:

* 2 years + marketing experience as a marketing manager or executive.
* Good understanding of brand marketing principles.
* Able to demonstrate delivery of brand growth with a limited budget.
* Evidence of being a team player in the work place on projects and in making decisions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* A degree in marketing or a similar field is desirable, but not essential.
