HR Advisor needed in Canterbury!

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor on a Temporary basis, with immediate effect.

This role is full time, working 30-37.5 hours per week and will be for a minimum of 1 month while they recruit a permanent candidate, however there is potential for an extension. There is also scope for Hybrid working within this role however travel to Head Office in Canterbury is essential on occasion.

CIPD is preferred but not essential if the candidate has over 1 year previous experience within a HR advisory role, along with experience handling disciplinary processes and company restructures.

You will be supporting the HR team with emphasis on supporting managers with HR queries, conducting exit interviews, assist with documentation of cases under formal procedures and supporting Head of HR with management process changes and restructures.

This role is £16.41 per hour, annual equivalent to £32,006 per annum.
