Our client is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to lead the shop floor operations within their manufacturing department. This role is pivotal for someone looking to demonstrate their leadership and technical skills in managing a highly skilled team.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the team, ensuring projects adhere to company standards.
* Apply a hands-on management approach, with a preference for candidates experienced in Lathe, Mill, and Brake Press machinery.
* Manage daily team operations, including scheduling, absences, discipline, and annual reviews.
* Ensure comprehensive coverage across all disciplines within the team.

Qualifications:

* Proven leadership experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
* Experience with Lathe, Mill, and Brake Press machinery.
* Capability to oversee projects from design to completion.
* Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
