Hours- Full time, Permanent.

Hybrid available 2 days working from home

A leading Legal Law firm who specialises in Corporate Law, is seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their business and their expert team of corporate, commercial and employment lawyers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop, grow and progress within a company with continual fantastic growth across all of its departments, with interesting work, scope to develop and lots of employee benefits too.

The Role:

* Provide close support to 3-4 partners across the corporate/commercial team
* Diary management (including the arrangement of meetings/appointments and breakfast/lunch/dinner meetings)
* Build strong trustworthy relationships with clients/internal contacts and provide regular support and assistance with meeting preparation (including document location/preparation).
* Filing/location of all legal documents for fee earners
* Experience in communicating with clients within the company and external client contact, both over the phone and emails.
* Maintaining clients details on company case management system
* Be proactive in a busy environment


* Previous experience as a legal secretary is essential, with excellent organisation skills
* Passionate about the law and committed to providing excellent legal representation to clients.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications
* Strong people skills with clients calling or emailing in
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
