Support Administrator

Up to £25500 per annum

Chatham, Kent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and enthusiastic individual to join a highly successful independent local company as a permanent Support Administrator. This is a varied role, requiring someone who is happy to undertake an ever-changing administrative and customer support workload and remit.

The successful applicant will ideally have held a similar administrative support role where confidentiality and discretion were paramount. Good all round business administration experience is required, and you will have had experience from either a customer support, and/or HR Admin background.

Main Responsibilities:

This role has a broad and varied remit and may involve attending meetings and site visits; therefore, your own transport is essential. The successful candidate will have responsibility for duties including:

* Overseeing aspects of HR and Operations administration to include the input and maintenance of employee records.
* Collation of internal data and production of spreadsheets and reports.
* Supporting a branch network in resolving basic IT issues.
* Formatting, proofreading, editing job postings and maintaining the company's talent attraction and acquisition software.
* Supporting a branch network with health and safety advice.
* Assisting with delivering various project tasks to include, training, marketing campaigns and competitions.

You will have:

* Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal.
* An appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service (ideally from practical experience).
* The ability to be adept at working independently (as well as part of a team), using initiative where appropriate.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Strong IT skills, demonstrating a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
* A good academic record.
