Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Lead and manage the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:
- CIPD Level 7 qualification is a must.
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Manager, demonstrating strategic thinking and leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
