Experienced Chef wanted in Dover!

We are looking for an experienced chef to work in a fast paced and busy establishment based in Dover on an immediate, temporary basis while a permanent candidate is recruited.

The successful candidate will be preparing freshly cooked food for a successful Logistics company and will have a good understanding of Food Health & Safety, allergen awareness, HACCP & COSHH. Experience within a catering based role is essential.

Duties are:

* Follow recipes correctly and prepare menu items to a high standard
* Responsibility for taking in deliveries
* Stock rotation
* Follow recipes correctly
* Manage shift team whilst on duty
* Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen

Salary: £14.00 per hour

The restaurant is open 24 hours, 7 days a week however you will be working a shift rota within the hours of 05.00 - 00.00hrs covering 11 hours per shift, 3 days on, 3 days off. Bank holidays will need to be covered with a day off in lieu.
