£27,500 + annual bonus 12.5%

We are presently in search of a Collections Adviser to join our client's team.

Responsibilities:

* Managing a portfolio of accounts
* Engaging with customers to settle outstanding debts
* Formulating payment arrangements through negotiation.

The ideal applicant would posses:

* Exceptional communication
* Negotiation proficiency
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Great telephone manner
* Experience in debt collection
