Although previous manufacturing experience would be advantageous, the successful applicant must at least have an enthusiasm for engineering, and computer literate the ability to work unsupervised. Be dexterous, have careful attention to detail and the ability to learn new skills quickly (full training will be given).

GCSE in Maths and English an advantage.
