PMO Administrator – Part time – Maternity Cover The role will be 12 months FTC, possibility of a permanent role at the end of the FTC.
Location -Sevenoaks

My client is a leading Global consultancy, looking for a PMO Administrator, who will play a vital role in ensuring the organisation and efficiency of their engagements. This position involves collaboration with Team Leads, Project Managers, Clients, and Partners to guarantee accurate information, proper resource allocation in our systems, and timely client billing. The PMO team, operating on a global scale, meets weekly with team leads, providing administrative support, project updates, and billing information.

Responsibilities:
-Organise and maintain project engagements by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure accurate resource allocation in company systems and timely client billing.
Conduct weekly meetings with team leads to provide administrative support and project updates.
Assist in the induction of new team members, providing training on systems and processes.
Contribute to internal systems change projects by creating documentation, providing training, and offering support.
Liaise with internal management for budget control and forecasting.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Excellent organisational, analytic, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of work and diverse range of projects.
Previous experience in legal, software, or professional service industries is advantageous.
Experience in team collaboration on software projects or within a service desk environment is a plus.
Ability to manage budgets for small projects or teams.
Familiarity with scheduling work for multiple people on a project or engagement. Knowledge, understanding, and experience of a business operations environment.
Ability to thrive in an environment of change and uncertainty with sound judgment under pressure.
Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
Desire to learn and build a career in Project Management.

Annual pro rata salary of £16,800 for 3 days, pro rata from £28,000 FTE, dependant on skills and experience + Bonus
Hours of Work: 9am to 6pm (24 hours per week), Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Work Location: Company Sevenoaks office.
