Are you looking for a role and career within HR? Do you have a passion for HR and looking to use your administration skills within a HR function?

Office Angels are working with a fantastic professional organisation who are looking to add to their small HR team. You will have full support and training from the HR Advisor and work within a busy administration capacity to support the team and department.

Daily duties:

- Daily aspects of HR including recruitment from placing internal and external advertisements, liaising with recruitment agencies and arranging interviews

- Carrying out pre-employment checks, to liaising with internal and external candidates.

- Manage the new starter process from offer stage through to induction and set up, maintain and update new and existing employee details.

- Provide a general administrative service for the HR team including post, stationery and general administrative duties as required

- You will handle maternity, paternity and parental leave procedures and administer other HR processes such as training, performance management, compensation and benefits and leavers.

This is a fast paced and crucial role within a busy HR department offering ownership and the opportunity to get involved in projects and initiatives, whilst developing your HR knowledge and skills.

Training will be provided on all HR aspects of this role.

Qualities Required:

Ideally some proven administrative experience in a similar fast paced, professional environment.

A general interest to work within HR and pursue a career in this area.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong educational background.

Advanced in using Microsoft Office suite ie Word, Excel and Outlook.

Highly organised with a 'can do' attitude.
