This is a chance to join a highly established company within the manufacturing sector, working with the company's leadership to deliver HSQ advice, expertise and drive the maintenance and development of the environment both at office and sites (roughly 1-2x a month).

Play a crucial role in the continued development and management of the business' HSQ objectives, including:-
- Deliver of advice and information to Directors on HSQ developments.
- Review and improve company policy and procedure, ensuring compliance.
- Plan and deliver training to staff at all levels.
- Management of inspections and audits, leading following projects and required actions.
- Risk assessments, issue investigation and solution planning.

£Salary with experience + benefits including company pension scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holiday and free parking!
The ideal candidate will have prior professional experience with ISO compliance (9001, 14001, 45001); NEBOSH qualification; and be seeking a role managing HSQ responsibility.

Could be a great role for someone to take on more responsibility in - and combine hands-on and strategic work; alternatively, for someone working at a similar level, to take on a new challenge working locally to the Paddock Wood area.
