Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (flex on start/finish times). Hybrid options (1 or 2 days remote) after 6months

You:

You will play a vital role within a 'sub team' scheduling team of 4, working with managing key client accounts through building a strong relationship with the client. You will have relevant Scheduling skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment quickly adapting, working under pressure, constantly reviewing and re-prioritising as workload pressures shift.

Role: .

The responsibilities of the role will include.

* Supporting in creating a monthly schedule of visits.
* Proactively scheduling all routine visits in line with the contract frequency, adhering to technician patches and maximising efficiency's with regards to route planning/access times
* Ensuring completion of visits in line with the contract frequency
* Responding to reactive call out and treatment requests, scheduling attendance in line with client specific SLA's
* Scheduling larger ad-hoc works
* Supporting the migration of scheduling to the CRM system
* Updating the Management team regularly about any concerns over service delivery
* Working alongside the service team to create action plans to combat activity - feeding back any sites of concern via the appropriate channels
* Sending quotations of chargeable visits and treatments to clients

You will play a vital role with managing key client accounts through building a strong relationship with the client, delivering excellent customer service, meeting their strict SLA's and exceeding their expectations.

You will have relevant scheduling skills gained within a service or similar based industry and the ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workload.
