The company we're recruiting for are going through a period of expansion and as a result would like Office Angels to recruit an Administrator to work in their offices based in Whitfield, near Dover.
The Office Manager would like to recruit someone who is positive and enthusiastic to support their team of 10. This is such a lovely role where you can use your administrative experience to support the team and ensure the smooth running of the business.

Job Title: Administrator
Location: Whitfield, near Dover, your own transport is required for very occasional holiday/sickness cover in Ashford
Salary: £20,000 - £21,000
Hybrid: 12 days working from home per year, subject to Manager agreement, ensuring the offices can remain open for customers.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
* Answering incoming calls, directing to the appropriate person.
* Booking review meeting rooms.
* Effective management of stock, ordering marketing and business stationary.
* Efficient management of incoming and outgoing post.
* Supporting New Business and Marketing team with organising external events and updating social media accounts appropriately.
* Supporting your Manager with organising internal events and training.
* Effective administration of credit control processes including customer payments and processing refund requests within required timeframes.
* Working across the Administration Team, providing cover for absences or high workloads as required.
* Consistently providing excellent levels of customer service in all interactions with potential and existing customers, delivering on promises, meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
You'll be the perfect match for this client if you have:
* Office Administration experience
* Good IT skills especially Microsoft Office
* The ability to work as a team, be super helpful and organised as well as build effective relationships through positive behaviours, honesty and integrity.
