Premier Work Support have a fantastic opportunity for a permanent Warehouse Supervisor to join a wonderful, forward thinking company based in Northfleet for the night shift.

In the role of Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of a fast-moving pick-pack warehouse environment. Responsible for the management of the people within the warehouse function, to ensure the company's daily targets and objectives are meet or exceeded.

Your key areas of responsibilities include:

* Supervising Night Shift staff
* Ensuring orders are picked efficiently and orders are checked thoroughly, with the aim to eliminate all customer reported errors
* Ensuring orders are packed carefully to ensure both the safe transit of goods and the ability to easily identify and check goods upon receipt by the customer
* Ensuring orders are despatched, labelled and strapped correctly
* Ensuring all deliveries and goods are loaded onto correct vehicle prior to completion of shift
* Managing any errors made by undertaking transparent investigation and using as training for the Shift to strive for improvement
* Ensuring stock integrity is maintained to a very high standard.

This is a wonderful role for a confident leader, you will be diplomatic, extremely professional and inspirational. You will have previous experience as a warehouse shift lead & be customer focused.

This role is Sunday - Thursday 8pm - 6am.
