Commercial Heating Engineer Required
The job will entail carrying out pre-planned and reactive heating and plumbing works for Commercial Properties in and surrounding Kent including London. Head office in Maidstone

Package Includes

Basic pay £40k - £45K depending on experience.
Overtime and London Bonus Payments
Company van, phone and uniform.
30 days paid holiday (22+8)
You will need to supply your own hand tools.

At least 10 years’ experience with Commercial Heating and Mechanical Work.
Commercial Gas Safe Required (1year +remaining)
Experience with Multiple manufacturers, boilers, warm air heaters, pumps etc
Experience with large pipework installations
Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points
Be open to a CRB/DBS disclosure
Be an excellent customer facing Engineer
Call out and Overtime available
This is a permanent opportunity, with an induction expected to last up to 3 months.
Please note that any candidates applying must have Commercial maintenance experience, as our customers are predominately Commercial.

General plumbing & mechanical repairs
Full Boiler and Heater Installation Experience needed.
Servicing, Maintenance and repairs
Electrical Works ideal but not necessary
Some LPG or Oil experience ideal but not necessary.
