Are you ready to make a significant impact in the dental sector and contribute to improving the lives of dentists, practice managers, and patients around the world? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Account Support Manager to join our clients Team.

As a Client Solutions Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing success of project delivery, communication configuration, with their valued customers.
Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with key individuals, contributing to self-led customer success plans, and collaborating with technical stakeholders. You will also be instrumental in key project deliveries within your accounts, acting as an escalation point for complex service delivery situations.

What You'll Do:

* Build and maintain relationships with key individuals within your accounts.
* Assist in project work
* Maintain strong technical knowledge to assist
* Collaborate with technical stakeholders on your accounts
* Constantly review and enhance team processes for effective account delivery
