A well established, forward-thinking, prestigious multi disciplinary consultancy with multiple sites seek a building surveyor to join the growing Asset Management team based in Kent This organisation have large scale, long-term projects with a portfolio of properties across Kent and/or London and have been awarded a high value contract which offers opportunity for longevity and a prosperous career for surveyors.

Your new role

As a surveyor you will be based from home and will be required to carry out EWS1 surveys
delivering surveying, maintenance and planned works across their portfolio.

What you\'ll need to succeed

* MCIOB / MRICS / RIBA
* Building Surveying / Project Management background
* You will be an accomplished, qualified Building Surveyor with previous experience with either a housing association, local authority, or consultancy.
* You should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and a UK driving licence with own transport to commute to properties across Kent
