We are recruiting Factory Operatives on a permanent basis on a Night Shift for a manufacturing company based in Medway Towns.

Ideally have previous factory/ manufacturing experience, however full training will be provided.

Your main duties will include

* Filing of castings/moulded parts using hand grinding tools
* Manual Handling
* Moving boxes of castings around the factory and general housekeeping
* Band saw operation
* Completing the relevant job cards

You will be working 46 hours per week, 1200 midday to 0000 midnight- over 4 days, Monday-Thursday before moving on to a permanent night shift 6pm-6am over 4 days, Monday-Thursday in January 2024. However initially you will receive training on days for approximately 3 weeks.
