Hebrew Online Chat Representative (4 days home - 1 day office)

Home based - 1 day a week in the office (Maidstone)

£24,000 to £25,000 Salary, Plus £3,000 a year Bonus (this is not a sales role)

Our client a specialist in high value consumer goods is seeking an Hebrew Language Customer Service Representative.

Our client prides itself on their ability to deliver exceptional customer service experiences through our dedicated team of professionals. This role is email based not contact centre!

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products
* Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.
* Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

* Fluency in Hebrew
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
