This is an opportunity to work for an established Architect practice in a vibrant office based in Biddenden, Kent working on project types in the residential, listed and heritage, education, commercial, and agricultural sectors. The main software's used at the practice consist of AutoCAD, Adobe photoshop and InDesign. This would suit someone who is keen to work closely with the owner of a firm and benefit from exposure multiple aspects of a project. Driving licence required due to the location of the office, parking on-site.

Your new role
My client is looking for a motivated individual, with a keen interest in technical design and detailing, to work on a number of exciting projects. Some responsibilities may include liaising with building control in order to obtain building regulations' approval, working independently to deliver technical and detailed design packages of information, managing workloads in order to produce high quality information to meet project deadlines, attending meetings with external consultants and other professionals.

What you'll need to succeed
All levels of experience will be considered, but some proven experience in architectural practice is preferable. Knowledge of AutoCAD and current building regulations is essential.
