Hays Education are looking for an experienced Business Studies teacher for a job in a GOOD-rated Secondary School in Medway. We are additionally looking to recruit for Business/IT teachers in Swale, Medway, Canterbury and Folkestone.

Role and Responsibilities:

* Design and deliver comprehensive and engaging lessons in Business Studies and IT to KS3, KS4 and KS5.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
* Use a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, discussions, and real-world case studies, to enhance student learning.
* Stay up to date with the latest developments in the business world and integrate relevant industry trends into the curriculum.
* Mentor and support students in their academic and career aspirations, guiding them toward their future goals.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, Economics, or a related field
* Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications. QTS
* Proven experience in teaching business subjects at the secondary or higher education level.
* Strong knowledge of business concepts, theories, and practices.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
