A fantastic charitable organisation based in Kings Hill, who Hays has partnered with on multiple occasions, is currently recruiting a Technical Product Owner to join their IT Department and assist in the great work done by the organisation.
In your new organisation, every one of the team contributes to the company's impact, and as the Technical Product Owner you too will play an integral part in what they do.

Your new role

You will champion driving the end-user adoption of the Office 365 suite, strive to continuously improve the user experience as well as managing the change and communication of this work.
As the Technical Product Owner you will: collaborate, monitor, guide, analyse and champion the Microsoft project throughout the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

This role is for you if you have experience of working with Microsoft 365 or have relevant transferable skills and are keen to make a difference to society. They are looking for:

* In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Product Suite and its relevant application in the workplace
* Customer Service and Communication skills including reporting and analytics are essential.
* An active drive to maintain current/ upcoming product changes, compliance and governance.
* Strong attention to detail.
