We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Supply Chain Co-Ordinator . This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established company. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide daily administration support to the Supply Chain Department
* Participate in & support CI activities and initiatives.
* To carry out all duties in line with the Company's Quality Assurance Policy

MAIN DUTIES:

* Booking in Purchase Orders to European Warehouse and Releasing Goods to DO (in oracle)
* Periodically, physically booking in Purchase Orders to the UK Warehouse.
* Arranging PIs for sales orders due out of the European & UK Warehouse
* Providing order forecast to Leipzig Warehouse
* Ensuring smooth order & pick planning for Leipzig Warehouse
* Raising SRs for the European & UK Warehouse and sending to Supplier
* Expired and Reject Material
* At Risk - Distributed - shared with Supply Chain Co-Ordinator UK
* OTS for Distributed ensuring we maintain a 98% OTS metric- shared with Supply Chain Co-ordinator UK
* TSL Concept & Raw Materials - shared with Supply Chain Co-ordinator UK
* Attaching Order Acknowledgements to Purchase Orders - shared with Supply Chain Co-Ordinator UK
* Raising SRs for Late Deliveries
* Cover for Supply Chain Co-Ordinator UK for Reserving Orders
* Cover for Supply Chain Co-Ordinator UK for New Order Report
* Cover for Supply Chain Co-Ordinator UK for Reservations
* Cover for Supply chain Co-Ordinator ASCP Sales Order Only Plan and Lake Plan
* Cover for Supply Chain Co-Ordinator UK for Customer Care Emails
* Cover for Supply Chain Co-Ordinator UK for NSTD requirements and COFA Checks
