A brilliant new opportunity is available for a Technical Services Co-ordinator to work for a fast-growing Organic Food business in SW London, Kingston, specialising in vegan/vegetarian products and supplying well-known supermarkets and organic suppliers. This role sits within the quality team and works closely with customer care, so experience and knowledge within an FMCG environment/food/drinks/consumables is required.
The business has 6 innovative brands, over 650 products and operate in 40 countries worldwide. The business mission is to protect the well-being of people and the planet.
Your new role
Your new role will be to handle complex customer enquires relating to food/quality, log and investigate customer complaints and update on the database. You will carry out complex complaint investigation, trend analysis, co-ordinating insurance and supplier credit claims. You will co-ordinate product re-calls and withdrawals, complete supplier questionnaires and ensure supplier certifications are up-to-date. Co-ordinating product de-lists, engage in continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have significant knowledge within a technical/quality position within food/FMCG/drinks, ideally with relating degree qualifications within this field. You will have excellent attention to detail, able to deal with complex queries relating to food quality and able to log and record information accurately. You will have knowledge of food manufacturing and QA/QC systems ideally, and be familiar with BRC and IFS standards.
