Receptionist for an Immediate start in Canterbury!

My client is recruiting for a temporary Helpline Receptionist for a minimum of 8 weeks to handle inbound calls from their helpline and signpost to the relevant department.

The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and can confidently handle difficult calls. Experience in supporting vulnerable individuals facing Homelessness or mental health concerns is desirable but not essential.

Full training on signposting will be given to the successful candidate.



Working hours are: 09:00 - 17:00 with a half an hour unpaid lunch break

Salary: £12.19 per hour.
