We require a dynamic person to join our small but busy construction company. The offices are based in Bethersden, Ashford but we work nationally delivering groundworks construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Eager to learn and develop new skills - we would be offering further Education as well as on the job training
Have a flare for numeracy and accuracy
Computer literate - emails, and MS Office
Flexible and willing to undertake a varied work load.
The ability to ask questions and challenge suppliers on pricing and products.
Punctual, reliable and keen to develop within the business.

Duties will include:
Working closely with our commercial manager to acquire prices for materials from existing and new suppliers during the tender process.
Placing orders for the Site teams to ensure materials are delivered to site.
General admin duties within the office working along side our financial director and buyer.
Arrange tool hire and plant and equipment for the various live construction projects
Reactive and dynamic to change requests
Good job filing and document management
