Job Title: Service Co-ordinator / Administrator

Location: Edenbridge, Kent

Job Type: Part-time (22.5 hours per week) Either 4.5 hours Monday-Friday 10am-2.30pm or 3 days of 9-5.30am either Wed, Thurs, Fri or Tues, Thurs, Fri.

Salary: £22,000 pro rata (£24,000 FTE)

Our client is a dynamic and well-established organisation located in Edenbridge, Kent. The team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients, and they are currently looking for a Service Coordinator/Administrator to join them.

Job Description:

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of the service department. This is a part-time position with flexible work-from-home options and full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering Phones: Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming phone calls

* Client Interaction: Take calls from clients, address their inquiries, and provide assistance and information about our services
* Data Entry: Enter job details and relevant information into our database accurately and efficiently
* Job Allocation: Allocate jobs to appropriate categories, including Engineer's Clip Board and Contractors
* Job Tracking: Record completed jobs in the database and maintain job sheets for Parts, Quotes, Completed, and Van Stock
* Parts Management: Follow up on parts ordered for clients and prepare new order sheets for engineers as needed
* Contractor Follow-Up: Monitor the progress of contractor jobs and ensure timely completion
* Invoice Processing: Affix invoice details on parts order copies for accurate billing
* PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance): Plan, schedule, and control engineer's daily schedules and timesheets
* Client Support: Assist clients with any queries or concerns they may have

Qualifications:

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Relevant Administraion skills
* Excellent Word and Excel experience, alongside confident administration skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in basic computer applications
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and problem-solving mindset
* No prior engineering experience required; full training provided

Benefits:

* Flexible work-from-home options possible following initial training. Office preferred.
* Full training provided during a 2-week period in the office
* Immediate permanent position

Due to location it is advisable that you have your own transport.
