An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and driven candidate to take ownership of the operation of our SMT PCB assembly line in Whitstable.

This includes the end to end process from solder pasting, pick and place programming, loading and operating, solder reflow, cleaning, AOI and X-Ray plus managing any associated maintenance, calibration and consumables.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, have an excellent understanding of electronic components and all aspects of the above mentioned machines and a proven ability to own and improve processes and procedures. Training and experience to the requirements of IPC-A-610 (Class III) is desirable.
