SHEQ Administrator

£24,000 - £29,000 per year depending on experience

Highly organized, hardworking and self-motivated Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Administrator to play a vital role in ensuring our organisation maintains the highest standards in these fields.

Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for compliance with all IMI SHEQ policies, (including our ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems, and any external audits), while giving some consideration to our production and installation objectives.

The focus will be on implementing and improving our comprehensive policies and procedures, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met and our own high standards are maintained.

This role will involve continual communication with the Senior Management team, so that appropriate information can be passed to all departments.

Responsibilities Include
• Assist in the upkeep of the company SHEQ management systems/policies.
• Monitor and track employee compliance with the relevant regulations and standards
• Maintain the appropriate records accurately.
• Coordinate the internal audit process.
• To identify potential risks and therefore effectively mitigate them.
• Maintain and carry out company Risk Assessments
• Investigate fully any incidents/accidents.
• Provide, if necessary, the appropriate guidance on SHEQ policies to other staff members
• up to date for the company’s policies and management systems.

Salary:
£24,000 - £29,000 per year depending on experience

Experience:
Previous experience in a SHEQ role is essential
NEBOSH certificate is preferable, but this training can be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of auditing principles.
Knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001
Familiarity with Microsoft IT products
