Responsibilities

* Building of final product to support demand
* Understand and maintain work flow in all areas
* Communicate with Supervisors/Manager regarding quality, workload capacity, safety, staffing, equipment, or component problems
* Maintain systems and carry out actions necessary to ensure compliance within multiple departments are being worked
* Routinely provide performance feedback and conduct routine inspections of multiple departments
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees and visitors
* Maintain and enforce all housekeeping/ health & safety regulations within all areas
* Health and Safety in the work place

Skills, Experience and Person Specification

* Ability to follow instructions and diagrams
* Working to tight deadlines with a high level of accuracy
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Decision- making skills
* Computer literate

Job Specifics

* Night-shift 18:00 - 06:00 Monday to Thursday
* Training hours 8am - 4.30pm
* A shift premium will be paid in addition to the base rate (once role moves to shifts)
