Expanding their team in order to meet customer demand, this company seek a new Account Manager to join and can interview ASAP.
Working as part of the Tunbridge Wells team of a nationally and internationally trading company, you will take the lead on several key customer relationships - taking key responsibility for escalated client service delivery!
Day to day, you will be the key and elevated point of contact for product/service queries, to contracts review and renewals, to upgrade/amendment package creation, as well as processing orders, demo'ing new product/services and internal liaison to manage customer experience.
Varied role that will see you meet and speak with existing customers, at their offices, at events, via phone and video call!
Monday - Friday
£30-35000 + performance bonus
