A hugely successful progressive business based in Dover is seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis reporting to the Lead Accounts Payable Specialist.

As part of the AP team you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for creating all payments within the finance system and manually on the banking platforms
- Responsible for all invoices from approval to submission and payment
- Management of the supplier details
- Open, review and distribute all post
- Manage queries and escalate when required
- Work with internal parties to resolve complaints
- Review statements to ensure the creditors balance is accurate
- Responding to all queries from internal and external parties
