HR Business Partner (12 month FTC)

As the HR Business Partner you will assist in leading the delivery of a proactive and customer focused HR service across the business.

Duties:

- Point of contact and subject matter expert on complex employment cases and projects
- Provide advice and support to employees and managers in all aspects of the employee lifecycle including; recruitment and selection, onboarding, induction, performance management, and employee relations, engagement and wellbeing.
- Support the implementation of the HR people plan by pro-actively working with HR team and line managers to develop a culture of responsibility and accountability for front line human resources management.
- Partner and coach managers to support the delivery of people plans and initiatives and encourage a culture of line management responsibility and accountability for front line human resources.
- Assist in review, development and successful implementation of progressive people policies, processes and plans to drive engagement and embed a performance culture across the organisation.
- Utilise people data and analytics to measure trends and patterns to influence the effectiveness of our people policies and plans to help drive continuous improvements.
- Lead and assist organisation transformation and change programmes, including restructuring, redundancy consultation, variations of contracts and TUPE transfers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships across a broad range of stakeholders, including executive team, managers, employees and trade unions.

Knowledge & Experience:

- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent
- Experience of successfully managing a HR team
- Designing and implementing wellbeing initiatives and plans
- Experience of successfully developing and implementing a range of HR policies and procedures
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
- Proactive and self motivated
