We are currently seeking an HR Administrator to join our clients team in Rochester. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in all aspects of HR administration, from recruitment and selection to performance management and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in HR administration or a related field is preferred, but we also welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop new skills.
