Our client is looking to recruit a new Customer Service and Admin Team Manager due to an internal promotion!

Therefore, we are looking to hire a Team Leader who is able to provide the best processes, tools and analytics to help drive efficiency in our Customer Service and Admin Department.

This role will have an important strategic position within the organisation by working with Senior Leadership, Logistics and Sales departments to provide support and insight on the Customer Service Admin Team's performance, challenges and successes, whilst line managing a number of staff members.

As such, this role will be pivotal in defining customer service objectives, strategy, analytics, and implementing processes that enable the customer service admin team's success.

Position - Customer Service Admin Team Leader

Salary - £30,000

Location - Gravesend (Office Based)

Experience Required -

* Line Management of a customer service/admin team in either a call centre/ office based business.
* Experience of a managing a logistics/ Admin environment would be desirable.
* Experience in customer service.
