Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for the organisations customers and will work via, phone, email and live chat. You will deal with a variety of calls, answer customer queries, responding promptly to requests for information both verbally and in writing.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong communications skills are essential as well as the ability to deal with Customers with tact and fairness. It's a fast-paced environment, so you will need strong organisational skills, as well as the ability to prioritise effectively. You'll need to be familiar with Microsoft Office and any experience in Financial Services previously would be advantageous though not essential.
