Part-time General Office Assistant Position/Stylist


OT Publishing is looking for a part-time person to assist our current Stylist with general office cleaning adhoc duties and assist the Stylist/ Photographers in dressing and styling their models.

You will be responsible for assisting the outfit and clothing inventory and ensuring all items are kept impeccable and clean for photo shoots. Experience of make-up techniques for photography would be advantageous but not a prerequisite for the role. Training will be provided where necessary. The role will also involve keeping the studio, especially the wardrobe room clean and tidy, and laundering of lothes and ironing used in shoots and putting away clean clothes. Being sociable and friendly to help new and existing models shooting with us feel relaxed is also a key part of the role. There will also be general office duties which will include cleaning rooms of the studio, hoovering, dusting and general upkeep of the studio. You must be flexible and happy to cover the Stylist’s holiday, as required.

You will work in conjunction with the current Stylist/Photographers to decide what “look” needs to be achieved, purchase outfits and style the model in the studio. A keen interest in fashion, design and photography is advantageous.

The role will be based at OT’s studio in Eynsford and as the location is rural, your own car is essential. A clean driving licence and car is required.

Core hours of work are flexible and to be discussed. Ideally a 3 day week with hours 1pm-5pm or 2pm -6pm.

Salary £22,500 pa (pro-rata).
