CONVEYANCING LEGAL SECRETARY

LONDON - PERMANENT

FULL TIME HOURS - 35 hrs

Our client is a smaller-sized welcoming law firm based in West London. They are now looking to hire a Legal Secretary with proven Conveyancing experience and are excited to bring this new person onboard to join their growing friendly team.



Duties include:

* Audio and copy typing all correspondence and issue letters to clients
* Filing correspondence and ensuring client files are kept up to date
* Arranging appointments, managing diaries and and dealing with clients
* File/input data onto the firm's client Case Management System
* Opening files and dealing with AML checks
* Draft Contracts and Transfers
* Completing SDLT applications
* Prepare Land Registry applications
* Deal with correspondence post exchange and on completion

To apply:

* Please only apply if you have 12 MONTHS+ experience working as a Residential Conveyancing legal secretary
* You must have fast and accurate typing skills, ideally 60 wpm+
* Excellent English speaking, writing, and communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Word
* Great organisational skills and self-pro-activeness
