Business Development Manager - Financial Services - Telesales

Currencies 4 You are an ever-growing Foreign Exchange company who pride themselves on Excellence in Customer service. We currently have a large database of clients, multiple offices worldwide, several awards and a great team. We are looking for a confident, energetic, and ambitious individual to join our team of professionals who wishes to learn and develop in the world of sales. Full training will be provided from members who have been with the company for more then 10 years.

We are looking to recruit a telesales executive to join us in Dartford. We like to give people the opportunity to grow alongside the business whilst upholding the best level of service and an outstanding reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
• B2B cold calling prospective clients.
• Fact finding and reporting via the phone.
• Building your own database of clients (once full training has been complete)
• Ensuring all call backs are dealt with effectively.
• Liaising with your clients and providing market advice
• Meet personal targets set by your line manager to grow in your role
• Delivering excellent customer service to potential clients, new clients and loyal clients.
• Lead generation
• Scheduling calls
• Building strong Client relationships
• Understanding the currency market and deliver this knowledge once a week to your team.

Our requirements:
• Confident Telephone manner
• Telesales experience
• Driven and self-motivated
• The ability to use Microsoft packages at a competent standard.
• Educated in influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong Time management skills
• Experienced in working in a target driven environment.
• Capable of working under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to converse with a diverse audience via phone.

• Minimum 1 years sales experience
• A proven track record
• Able to work individually and in a team
• An outstanding work ethic
• Multi lingual (desirable but NOT essential)

Schedule:
• Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:30PM

Work Location:
• Dartford, Kent – In person no option for remote work

Salary:
• £20 - £25k Base + Commission

Realistic ote:
• Year 1 - £25 - £30k
• Year 2 - £35 - £40k
• Year 3 - £45 - £60k
• Year 4 - £60k + uncapped commission
