Huntress are currently seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our successful client based in Gravesend.

Main duties:

* Provide generalist HR advice and support to all employees and managers within the business, and act as key point of contact for employment legislation and best practice advice
* Acting as the HR representative for investigations, grievance, disciplinary, performance management etc
* Support for recruitment and onboarding
* Recruitment administration - including preparation for interviews, shortlisting candidates etc
* Process all new starters, and leavers
* Overseeing the HR inbox
* Monitoring probation periods
* Overseeing the absence management process

The ideal candidate:

* Experience within a HR role, at officer level
* Experience in supporting managers
* Organised and detail focused
