IT Third-line Engineer

Hays are recruiting for a Third-Line Engineer for our client based in Tunbridge Wells.

The purpose of this role is to assist the frontline and infrastructure teams in delivering infrastructure projects, third-line technical support (as a helpdesk escalation point) and
Cyber security enhancements.

This is a contract role and the rate for this role is £300 - £350 per day.

Key activities include:

* Third-Line Support Helpdesk tickets
* Help to deliver the IT support and infrastructure projects
* Help to manage the network infrastructure, installation, upgrades,
maintenance, security, enhancement and monitoring, and fine-tuning of
network applications and server performance through the use of
industry standard tools.
