We are looking for a cook to join our kitchen at Mote Park Café. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of working in a busy café environment and must be able to work calmly and organised during busy periods.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

· Carrying out opening and closing checks

· Preparing hot and cold food

· Maintaining high standards of food safety and allergen awareness

· Taking daily temperature logs and updating the food safety diary

· Stock ordering and keeping strict orderly stock rotation

· Keeping high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen

The position is customer focused, so a respectful ‘here to help’ attitude is essential.
