Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an LGV 1 Driver to join their base in Medway, Kent

A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- At least 3 years’ experience within LGV 1 driving (maximum 3 points showing)
- A valid CPC and digital tachograph card
- Experience operating plant machinery as this will be the load on the vehicle
- Experience loading and unloading plant machinery is essential as you will be delivering to the construction industry
- A CSCS card holder would be ideal but this is not essential

The role entails:

- Delivering plant machinery to sites across the region and will involve the safe loading and unloading of plant machinery as per delivery instructions
- This role will require flexibility of working days (including occasional nights and weekends) dependent on the business needs, as shift patterns may change on a weekly basis
- This has the opportunity of permanent employment whereby you will be initially employed through the agency before transferring to the - company's direct employ

The hourly rate of pay for this role:

- Monday to Friday (06:00 - 18:00) = £15.50
- Monday to Friday (18:00 - 06:00) = £17.00
- Saturday (all shifts) = £18.00
- Sunday (all shifts) = £20.00
- Bank Holidays = £21.00
- Night out = £30.00
