Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our client’s Manufacturing company, who are at an exciting time of expansion! If you have proven management experience within a warehouse, along with a combilift licence (in-house licence accepted), then this could be the job for you!

Duties include:
• Overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures.
• Maintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Implement and improve standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer demands and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory, generate reports, and optimise processes.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of stock records.
• Any other duties required.

The successful candidate will have / be:
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a warehouse.
• Combilift licence – in-house licence accepted
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and proficiency in using related software.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to warehouse operations.
